I left shoulder blade pain that comes and goes in and out. It is so deep, it feels like it is in front of my left breast too. Could be a muscle spasm. I know it is definitley out of the back of the left shoulder blade. I am concerned, and now I'm beginning painc. Has anyone else had this before? What is possible? It just started about 25 m inutes before.
