How to lose the fat but keep muscle? - ideal percentage of muscle in women
I am a 5'2, 5'3 kind weighs 130th I go to the gym for a while and gained some muscle. However, there are still a little layer of fat. How do I change my diet or exercise, preserve, defined? Less than 10% body fat in men, the ideal percentage?
