Property/real estate websites in The Netherlands? - sweet home estate liquidation
Hello - I am looking for sites for listings of properties for Netherlads Netherlands, these are the average and high-end properties for sale abroad.
And if you know a certain site that stress or property in the sunny climate, where to retire or purchase a second home in the sun, which would be even sweeter?
Can anyone help? Much appreciated! Cheers x

The best (in my house oponion after the hunt this year) for the Netherlands http://www.funda.nl/WoningAanbod/Koop/ Case
ReplyDeleteThis list of all properties for sale on the main broker in connection available. Most children can not Affliate but it is not necessarily 100% of all households in the market
The link I have goes to the search index where you share a place or a zip code and price (in euro) min and max.
The site itself is in Dutch only, but you can translate Google translate tool, a Web page to navigate through the site http://translate.google.com/translate_t # ... and if you see something interesting, then you can jump to the broker to contact in English. If you are not, please send me an e-mail.
One point though - if you get a mortgage in the NL, you have come here must be established. Also mentioned are the sunny climate - and to be honest, I do not think that a country, "Sunny": 0)
EDIT - ok, I read your question and realized that I readtoo fast at first. Funda.nl focuses (primarily) on the properties in the Netherlands, but it is a part of the ownership in Europe http://www.funda.nl/WoningAanbod/Europe/ ...
Otherwise, you can try the private list (again in Dutch) Marktplaats.nl place where the audience their own ads. http://www.marktplaats.nl/ then go to "Woningen | Koop") to buy (houses and then on "Buitenland ') (foreigners.
Edit2 - Billy You're welcome - What it is to kill two birds with one stone: 0) kill
