Will Medicare pay for a caretaker? Dad is very ill.? - hospice high point nc
My father is very ill and weak. We (his 3 children) were alternated with the help, meals and care that is necessary. Luckily, my brother lives with him. However, the burden is higher than it works and you need Dad to the point of almost constant attention.
In addition to a hospice program Medicare help pay for a professional? I think he has a kind of insurance (perhaps by Medicare), but I'm not 100% sure.
Any advice is appreciated.
