Kamut Pasta Is This Good Eating Habits?

Is this good eating habits? - kamut pasta

Breakfast (many breakfast):

about 2 pieces of fresh raw fruit

Mid-morning snack:

More than 1 fruit (usually dry, but not always)

Lunch:

regular lunch as a whole grain pita and humus, or nut butter on whole wheat crackers

Dinner:

Whole grains and vegetables as a whole Kamut pasta with tomato sauce and salad or rice, salad, or wheat as compared with couscous salad, etc.

I'm sure it's vegan diet good for me? In particular when it comes to food for food (fruit come, not both)

  1. The fruits are added in order if I wanted a little oatmeal or soy yogurt though. Even if you do not eat the smaller portions, another snack between lunch and dinner

  2. not sure, everything, but it seems that you eat lots of fruit. much fruit is not too good for them, a lot of natural sugars
